Hip-Hop Artist, Blitz, is gearing up to release his highly anticipated sophmore album this September! On August 1st, he will be dropping his first single “Chumma” (Kiss) featuring the legends RDB. This is a huge collaboration for Blitz, who has been rocking the scene since ’07, with his debut album “The Rhyme Book” I actually picked up his album in Southall, it helped me get through some long delays on the tube. He’s one of the hottest Canadian exports to hit the UK urban scene. Celebrated in both the South Asian and Canadian rap scenes, Blitz will be shooting the music video for his debut Canadian single upon his return to Canada in September, featuring none other than Toronto rap legends Saukrates and Choclair.

Are you an artist looking to get your track out, but don’t have a project to collaborate on? Starting November, Ahmad Shakur is looking to round up Pakistani Hip Hop artists, to jump on this mixtape. A 64 year-old Indian Kathak master and a young Black tap dancer from Hells Kitchen journey together across India crafting a unique and startling collaboration. Bringing the ancient, foot founded, dynamic art of Kathak together with the American, underground art of Tap forges a trek that shatters barriers of age, race and culture. The show they fasten creates an explosion in audiences they meet along the way, and their friendship challenges their ideas about each other and themselves.
